Ready to take on 13.1 miles of the Olympic Adventure Trail? The adventure starts at 8:45 a.m. on June 20, 2020.

Packet pickup will take place on Friday, June 19, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Harbinger Winery in Port Angeles. On Saturday morning, packet pickup will also be at Harbinger Winery. Arrive early enough to check in and be ready for the 8:45 a.m. shuttle. The race starts at 9:30 a.m.

This one-way course starts with a half-mile run uphill on a gravel road, then runners turn onto a dirt single-track trail and head downhill for a while. The course then becomes rolling, finishing with an almost three-mile downhill cruise. Well, except for that short (but steep) hill at the finish line! Runners will pass through a variety of forest ages on the beautifully constructed, excellently-maintained trail. If the weather cooperates, runners will get a view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Vancouver Island, and a little further along, a fantastic view up the Elwha valley from the “living room” at approximately mile 9.5.

There will be two aid stations for this run, and a post-run party at the finish including food and drinks provided by our sponsors. No T-shirts for this run—runners get an OAT Run beer glass to commemorate the run. Prizes will be raffled off at the post-run party!

Runners will be shuttled to and from the start and finish lines—runners must take the free shuttle, there is no parking at the starts. Shuttles run from Harbinger Winery.
